PREDATOR VS. SCAVENGER

T.rex did however have a formidable hunting tool it's head. T.rex had the most powerful head of all the meat-eating dinosaurs and it was filled with large six inch teeth. The evidence suggest that T.rex's teeth were designed for both slashing and chomping. After studying a Triceratops sacrum in the Hell Creek Formation, T.rex country, palaeontologist Greg Erickson discovered T.rex teeth marks in Triceratops bones This evidence indicates T.rex eating the fleshy butt and calves. If it had hunted down this animal would you not expect to find teeth marks in more lethal areas like the neck and ribs.
