ENVIRONMENT
Another find preserved by volcanic ash in Wyoming, only seven million years off the Hell Creek Formation T.rex find. 110 different plant species were found, some almost whole. Among these, 11% of them were flowering ground plants and the rest consisted of ferns, cycads and conifers. This evidence depicts a Lush canopy of conifers and a fern covered ground. The habitat of T.rex must have been warm almost subtropical with lush vegetation.
