This is the Mental Ayslum as seen today, 1997. Most of the Asylum was demolished except for a wall of the patient's cells and some of the foundation of the original building . Several metal chairs that were bolted to the floor still remained and one in particular, is slightly bent to the south which was the directon of the blast from Mont Pelee.
