Sixtymile Formation is composed largely of breccias and coarse
sandstones with occasional siltstones and mudstones. The lower member
of this formation is a landslide deposit, the middle member is a
laminated, fine-grained quartzitic sandstone with common chert lenses,
and the upper member is comprised of both coarse sandstone and
conglomerates.
