The St. Lawrence Lowlands are bounded by highlands to the north & south:

North:
            -Madawaska Highlands
            -Frontenac Arch
            -Laurentian Highlands
South:
            -NW Adirondack Mountains
            -Tug Hill Plateau

The western limit of the sea boarders at the Lake Ontario Basin, while the eastern end opens up to the Atlantic
