Nesting habits. Compared to reptiles, birds have more interest in the survival of there young. This can be seen in how the bird sits on the eggs to maintain their constant warm temperature. Also, the adult birds need to feed and protect the young until they have matured enough to undertake the complicated business of flight. It can also be seen in the care of the construction and location of the nests.
